Staff Web Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Web Engineer to own and evolve its web presence as a high-performance growth engine. Key Responsibilities Own the marketing website stack end-to-end, including architecture, performance, and reliability Build fast, scalable, and high-quality interfaces using React and Next.js Optimize performance across the site, including Core Web Vitals and SEO Required Qualifications Strong experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, and Next.js Experience deploying and scaling applications on Vercel or similar platforms Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Sanity Strong understanding of web performance and technical SEO Experience owning systems end-to-end from infrastructure through frontend
