Strategic Transformation Lead - Digital & Marketing OperationsWe are seeking a senior Strategic Transformation Lead to help leading enterprise marketing and digital organizations improve operational structure, execution, governance, and scalability across complex initiatives.Initially, this individual will initially support a high-profile enterprise technology client while helping develop scalable operational frameworks, AI-enabled workflows, and transformation capabilities that can expand across Markacy and 24 Seven’s broader client portfolio.The ideal candidate combines consulting rigor, analytical problem-solving, operational leadership, and strong relationship management skills with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and measurable business outcomes across complex initiatives.This is a highly cross-functional, client-facing leadership role suited for someone who is equally comfortable operating strategically with senior executive stakeholders across complex organizations, building trusted relationships and driving day-to-day operational execution.The ideal candidate will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City area and be comfortable traveling to clien site frequently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead transformation governance and operational management across complex enterprise initiatives.Drive centralized intake, prioritization, workstream planning, and delivery oversight across programs.Translate business priorities into clearly scoped initiatives with defined deliverables, timelines, KPIs, and accountability structures.Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to align on priorities, governance models, execution plans, and performance expectations.Build scalable operational frameworks, reporting structures, governance cadences, and executive-ready business reviews.Drive KPI tracking, dashboard development, performance visibility, and data-driven decision making.Identify opportunities to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and workflow automation, including AI-enabled processes where applicable.Proactively identify risks, blockers, and operational gaps while driving cross-functional alignment and issue resolution.Help develop repeatable transformation frameworks and operational capabilities that can scale across future enterprise client engagements.Build strong relationships across client and internal teams through responsiveness, strategic thinking, and operational credibility.Preferred Qualifications10+ years hybrid background combining consulting rigor with practical in-house operational or marketing organization experience.Experience supporting enterprise technology, cloud, SaaS, or platform-based organizations.Experience building or scaling operational frameworks, governance models, or managed service environments.Consulting company experience with Large Tech Clients.Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, operational automation, or modern workflow management systems.Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and external partners.Strong operational toolkit across reporting systems, workflow management, executive communications, and business operations.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a highly analytical, relationship-oriented transformation operator who combines strategic thinking with operational execution.They are comfortable moving between executive conversations and detailed operational workflows, and they thrive in environments that require structure, adaptability, accountability, and strong communication.They bring the polish and rigor of a consulting background while also being pragmatic, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused in day-to-day operations.This person should be naturally curious, highly organized, data-driven, and motivated by solving complex operational challenges while building strong long-term client relationships.They should also be excited by the opportunity to help shape and scale a growing transformation and operational consulting capability within a fast-moving, modern marketing and digital organization.LocationPreferred location is the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City area, with willingness to travel on-site frequently.CompensationTotal target compensation is expected to range from approximately $225,000–$350,000+ depending on experience, seniority, and overall fit, including performance-based incentive compensationSummaryThis is a high-impact
