Disaster Response Coordinator

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Disaster Response Coordinator for a mission-driven, community-based organization advancing disaster readiness and resilience. This is a hybrid position located in New Orleans, LA, with regular in-state travel required.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Disaster Response Coordinator will lead the implementation and operational scaling of a statewide disaster readiness and response model focused on community resilience. This role bridges community organizing and logistics, ensuring local sites are trained, prepared, and equipped to activate effectively during emergencies.
