HVAC Install Manager

Job Description Summary :The HVAC Install Manager oversees residential and/or commercial HVAC installation operations. This role manages installation teams, schedules projects, ensures quality workmanship, maintains customer satisfaction, and supports company revenue and efficiency goals.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Manage daily HVAC installation operations and installation crewsSchedule and coordinate installation jobs efficientlyMonitor quality control and ensure installations meet code and company standardsTrain, coach, and develop installers and lead techniciansConduct job site inspections and safety auditsHandle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfactionReview completed jobs for accuracy, permits, and documentationCoordinate with sales, warehouse, and service departmentsManager labor costs, productivity, and installation performance metricsEnsure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulationsAssist with hiring and onboarding installation staffMaintain inventory and equipment accountabilitySupport revenue growth through operational efficiency and upsell opportunitiesRequirements:5+ years of pervious leadership or management experience in HVACStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation practicesUnderstanding of local mechanical codes and permitsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and team simultaneouslyValid driver's license and clean driving recordThis position description is intended to be dynamic and subject to change.
