Residential Assistant
Malcolm House is a 24-hour psychiatric residential treatment facility program that provides short-term residential care for psychiatric/developmentally disabled clients.Duties include but are not limited to:Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activitiesPlay an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth's structured routine while collaborating with youth's case manager, clinician, and prescriberEngage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plansMaintain a clean, safe environmentObserving, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviorsPerform all other duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma 3 or more years working with youth in a group or behavioral setting.Bachelor degree in a related social service field with 1 year experience (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred.
