Nurses benefit from low patient ratios, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and a supportive environment that promotes work-life balance and professional growth.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsWhat we're looking forApplicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)Current RN licensure in the State of New JerseyBasic Life Support (BLS) certification is requiredACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not requiredMinimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferredStrong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation-focused mindsetSchedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekendsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
