Real Estate Project Manager/Senior ManagerPosition Summary: Everest Infrastructure Partners is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Asset Management Team. This role is primarily responsible for managing the assets of wireless communications tower sites and the management of related real estate. The Real Estate Project Manager will work closely with our Legal, Acquisitions, Accounting, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. They will be comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines. Position reports to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate with landowners and work to resolve real estate issues. Negotiation of new real estate contractsCreate and monitor reports to assist in managing real estate portfolio.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to real estate interestsQualifications and Experience:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Comfort in interpreting contracts, analyzing risk, and making business decisionsNegotiation experienceFinancial acumen Ability to manage multiple complex projects5-10 years of professional experience5-7 years of experience in Real Estate or another related field Experience in the Cell Tower Industry is strongly preferredUndergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field of studyAbout Everest Infrastructure Partners: Everest owns and markets thousands of wireless tower locations that help connect today’s rapidly evolving communications networks.
