Administration - Accounting Manager - Rushford

JOB STATUS: Semcac is hiring a full-time (40 hours/week, Monday – Friday) Accounting Manager LOCATION: This position is primarily based in our Rushford, MN office, with opportunities for hybrid work. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (B.S) in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university and 3 to 5 years of related accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. The Accounting Manager analyzes both past and present financial data, oversees the preparation of financial reports, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and funder requirements. This role manages two accounting specialists, ensuring efficient and precise processing of financial transactions, and is responsible for applying accounting principles and sound reasoning to oversee financial reporting.
