This role requires hands-on experience working with tight tolerances, blueprints, and machining equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, repair, and maintain progressive and transfer diesTroubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiencyPerform die changes, adjustments, and preventative maintenanceRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawingsOperate manual and CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performanceMaintain clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standardsQualifications3+ years of Tool & Die or related machining experienceStrong understanding of stamping dies, metal forming, or mold toolingAbility to read blueprints and work with tight tolerancesExperience with troubleshooting and repairing tooling issuesFamiliarity with CNC equipment and programming is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsWork EnvironmentManufacturing / industrial settingExposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperaturesMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
