Workday Sr. Integration & Extend DeveloperRemoteSummary:The Senior Technologist, Workday Sr. Integration & Extend Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and Extend applications.This role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that align with enterprise architecture, governance, and business needs.Responsibilities:Design and build Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and OrchestrateDevelop and maintain Workday Extend applications and custom UI componentsCreate and manage data transformation logic using XML, XSLT, and JSONPerform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for integrations and applicationsMonitor integration performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalabilityEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standardsFollow DevSecOps best practices including Git, CI/CD, and code reviewsSupport integration automation, reusable components, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills:Strong expertise in Workday integration tools and APIsExperience building Workday Extend applicationsKnowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and data mapping/transformationUnderstanding of integration patterns, protocols, and security standardsExperience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version controlStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate across technical and business teamsRequirements:5+ years of Workday integration development experienceHands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIsExperience developing Workday Extend applicationsStrong background in integration design, testing, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with DevSecOps tools and practicesBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fieldWorkday Pro Certification – Integrations (required)Workday Pro Certification – Extend (preferred)
