Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager, located in the Dallas. The Program Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating sub tier suppliers and in-house production, managing schedules and budgets, building client relationships, and addressing any project challenges that arise. The Program Manager plays a central role in maintaining quality and efficiency in project execution.QualificationsProject Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk managementClient Relations and Communication Skills, including written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, and conflict resolutionLeadership and Team Management experience, including the ability to inspire high performanceTechnical expertise or familiarity with electronics manufacturing and engineering practices is a plusAnalytical and Problem-Solving skills for addressing project challenges and ensuring optimal outcomesProficiency in project management tools and softwareExperience in industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
