Dishwasher (Part Time)

They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members.We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our amazing team!Responsibilities:Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programsMaintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all timesWash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and proceduresMaintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary mannerKeep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptiedCheck dish machine at the beginning of each shift for chemicals and refill as neededMaintain dish machine after each meal by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levelsRecord temperature and sanitation levels into the temperature logs before each mealAdhere to cleaning schedules as assignedAssist with the transportation and storage of food and suppliesAssist cooks and wait staff as requestedAssist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme mealsAttend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal serviceMay perform other duties as needed and/or assignedRequirementsBasic reading, writing, and mathematical skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive demeanor and "can-do" attitudeConnect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interactionBuilds positive and strong relationships with all team members, and residentsFocused and dedicated to providing excellent customer serviceAble to handle multiple jobs and prioritiesAccept direction from superiors or other experienced staffShare job knowledge or resident information with others as neededGive and welcome feedbackAbility to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidaysBenefitsWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years.Background Screening RequirementEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy.
