Location: - Onsite: Greer, SC/ After onboarding, the team has one rotating work‐from‐home day
Shift: A-Shift
Pay rate: Hourly, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Performs basic data processing and parameter administration in the Material Control System
Controls part availability for series production, run-in/run-out, and technical/software changes to minimize obsolescence
Monitors internal supply chain processes across Procurement, Engineering, Assembly, and Logistics
Maintains and analyzes monthly Supplier Ratings and yearly SUMIS ratings and initiates corrective actions
Monitors training of new hires
Plans and controls supplies to ensure correct quantity and software level while optimizing stock
Interrogates multiple data sources (GPS, TAIS, SAP) to ensure data integrity
Ensures proper escalation and information flow regarding E/E issues
Executes internal and external delivery requirements on time
Coordinates with Procurement, Engineering, Physical Logistics, Assembly, and Manufacturing Technologies
Ensures material availability for future requirements at correct software levels
Coordinates economical transportation with freight providers and LLP
Reviews floor and warehouse inventories and adjusts systems as required
Coordinates build-outs, design changes, and software level changes with departments and vendors
Runs MRP reports, supplier releases, and delivery schedules
Coordinates flash campaigns and line-feed situations
Determines flash locations and transportation mode changes
Coordinates hardware breaks and E/E changes
Reports on current status, cost savings, obsolescence, and E/E issues
Implements process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Participates in CCB, CoC, SIT, and I-Stufen meetings
Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business OR 4 years equivalent experience in Material Planning/MRP
Experience: 4+ years in Material Planning including MRP
Training: As applicable per Training Guidelines
Licenses/Certifications: None required
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Advanced SAP and TAIS knowledge preferred
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Advanced leadership skills
German or Spanish language skills preferred. xywuqvp
