AI Enablement Manager

e are looking for an AI Enablement Manager who can help enterprise customers successfully adopt Gemini Enterprise and embed Generative AI into their everyday work. This role will design and execute structured enablement programs that improve user confidence, increase sustained usage, and demonstrate measurable business value.The ideal candidate combines enterprise technology adoption, learning and enablement, change management, workshop facilitation, and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a customer-facing role focused on helping employees and business leaders understand where and how to use AI effectively.Job Title: AI Enablement ManagerLocation: Remote work but open to Travel with 15% Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute enterprise-wide adoption and enablement strategies for Gemini Enterprise.Assess user readiness, adoption barriers, learning needs, and opportunities across different business functions.Conduct executive briefings, role-based training, hands-on workshops, office hours, demonstrations, and AI awareness sessions.Help business users identify practical Gemini use cases within their day-to-day workflows.Create tailored learning journeys for executives, managers, business users, power users, and AI champions.Build reusable enablement assets, including training materials, prompt libraries, use-case playbooks, quick-reference guides, and best-practice content.Establish and manage AI champion and power-user communities to scale adoption across the organization.Partner with business leaders, change-management teams, and technical stakeholders to support successful AI rollouts.Develop communication and engagement campaigns that encourage responsible and sustained AI usage.Track adoption indicators such as active users, repeat usage, engagement, training participation, use-case activation, user satisfaction, time saved, and productivity improvement.Gather user feedback and behavioral insights to continuously improve enablement programs.Present adoption progress, business outcomes, challenges, and recommendations to customer leadership.Promote responsible AI practices and ensure users understand organizational guidelines for the safe and appropriate use of Generative AI.Stay current with Gemini Enterprise features and translate new capabilities into relevant business-learning content.What We’re Looking For:Experience in AI enablement, digital adoption, technology training, organizational change management, learning and development, customer success, or a similar enterprise-facing role.Demonstrated experience driving the adoption of enterprise technology platforms across large or diverse user groups.Experience designing and delivering workshops, training programs, office hours, executive briefings, and user-engagement initiatives.Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, or comparable Generative AI platforms.Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, role-specific business applications.Experience building enablement content such as learning paths, playbooks, prompt guides, communications, and facilitator materials.Understanding of adoption and value metrics, including active usage, engagement, productivity improvement, time saved, and user satisfaction.Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Confidence working with business users, department leaders, executives, technical teams, and change-management stakeholders.Basic understanding of Generative AI, responsible AI, data privacy, and enterprise cloud environments.About Techolution:Techolution is the world's #1 AI Acceleration Partner and the inventor of BPA 4.0, the groundbreaking AI platform that delivers guaranteed ROI from enterprise AI in 30 days or less.With over 10+ years of experience, we specialize in turning AI into measurable business value—helping global enterprises achieve dramatic efficiency gains (like 42x improvements in key processes), modernize legacy systems, migrate to the cloud (as a Google Premier Partner), and deploy custom AI solutions across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, media, banking, government, and life sciences.Our mission is simple yet powerful: "TURN AI INTO ROI" — where it matters most.
