This role involves backend development within a global markets context. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET/C# and a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency. This position requires strong technical and communication skills to work effectively across teams.Required QualificationsExperience: 7–10 years of professional software development experience.Technical Skills:Strong .NET / C# backend development experience.Proven ability to use AI tools in day-to-day development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, internal AI tools, code assistants).Ability to connect and leverage multiple AI tools to improve development efficiency.Comfortable with coding assessments during interviews.Professional Skills:Strong communication and networking skills to work effectively across teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Stock Loan / Securities Lending / Equities Finance systems.A background in financial services or Capital Markets.Experience with Python.Experience with Quartz.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated pay range for this position is $66.00/hour to $71.13/hour.
