The RoleYou'll be the front line of communication, working with customers across the country to ensure orders are accurate, processed quickly, and handled with care. You'll also support internal teams and sales repskeeping everything aligned, updated, and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Handle a high volume of calls (120150 daily) with professionalism and clarity
Take and process orders via phone, email, and other channels
Provide accurate pricing, product, and delivery information
Monitor orders and ensure timely shipping (2448 hours)
Resolve customer issues with patience and confidence
Communicate with internal departments to keep orders on track
Convert measurements and pricing (training provided)
