You'll be working across a broad, enterprise-grade infrastructure stack, covering everything from networking and servers to cloud platforms and security. You'll start by learning the environment, then take on real responsibilities, and over time, own critical systems yourself.What you'll be doingYou'll work across a wide range of infrastructure areas, including:LAN/WAN networking, routers, switches, and UPS devicesWindows and ESX server environments, including email, Active Directory, file, and print serversCitrix XenDesktop and VMware virtualization platformsMicrosoft SQL Server and associated applicationsMicrosoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint OnlineAuthentication and authorization systems, including Active Directory, SSO, Azure AD, ADFS, and MFAEnterprise storage, backup, and recovery infrastructureNetwork, server, and workstation security, including firewalls and intrusion detectionMobile Device Management (MDM) systemsInfrastructure monitoring and batch scriptingDay-to-day, you'll be:Troubleshooting and resolving escalated Service Desk ticketsSupporting workstation imaging, distribution, and inventory trackingManaging hardware, software, and firmware upgrades across platformsPerforming server and network security auditsDocumenting infrastructure configurations and developing support proceduresAssisting with capacity planning, system monitoring, and performance reportingSupporting IT infrastructure projects alongside the IT ArchitectProviding overflow phone/queue support for the Service Desk when neededThere will be an on-call rotation shared across the IT team, along with occasional after-hours work for planned changes. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2 and the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location.
