Training and Experience: Required:Proficiency with all manner of Microsoft Office suite applicationsProficiency with computer and network systemsAbility to work in a multinational/multicultural environmentBe able to obtain and/or maintain Security+ certificationDesired: Experience with computer repair and diagnostics Familiarity with US Government network systems and requirementsAbility to communicate effectivelyExperience with military flight training programsSecurity Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain, repair, inventory, and replace the Learning Center student computersConfigure, inventory, and distribute Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) to students, permanent party military, and contractors Ensure academic lessons and reference materials are available and operating correctly on student devicesEnable computer-based testing materials and ensure test results are documented for studentsAdditional responsibilities given at the discretion of the customer (within the scope of the contract and CBA)SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY None
