Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mason specializing in brick and block work to join our construction team. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who can not only perform high-quality masonry work but also confidently run job sites, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to plan.Key Responsibilities:Lay brick, block, stone, pavers and other masonry materials with precision and efficiencyRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsLead and manage crews on job sitesCoordinate daily job schedules and workflowEnsure all work meets safety standards and company expectationsMaintain organized and clean job sitesCommunicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clientsOversee material usage and job progressQualifications:Proven experience in most aspects of commercial, industrial, and residential masonryStrong ability to read and interpret construction plansDemonstrated experience running jobs and managing crewsSolid understanding of construction scheduling and workflowCommitment to safety and quality workmanshipValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPhone/Tablet/Computer skillsAbility to work independently without managementMeet Your RecruiterJessica Sargent
