Now in our tenth year, we’re growing our distribution footprint and continuing to evolve – and we’re looking for someone to help us strengthen and grow our presence across North and South Carolina.We’re a Small But Mighty Team That Valuesquality and craftsmanshipcuriosity and continuous improvementshowing up for each otherAbout The RoleThis is a full-time, field-based Territory Sales Manager role focused on supporting and growing our wholesale business across North and South Carolina. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the market – building relationships, visiting accounts, working alongside distributor reps, and identifying opportunities to grow both placements and velocity. This role is best suited for someone who:enjoys being out in the field and interacting with customers and partnerstakes ownership of their territory and follows through consistentlyis motivated by clear goals and measurable resultsthrives in a hands-on, execution-focused environmentYou’ll be responsible for turning strategy into action – consistently showing up in the market and building momentum over time.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role is not just about opening new accounts – it’s about building a strong, sustainable market.That Looks LikeGrowing volume through both new placements and increased velocityBuilding strong relationships with distributor reps and key buyersSupporting accounts to ensure consistent reordersIdentifying opportunities and acting on them with focus and follow-throughThis role is best suited for someone who takes pride in executing consistently in the field and building momentum over time.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular account visits across your territory (both prospective and existing accounts)Open new accounts with a focus on long-term success and fitFollow up with existing accounts to support reorders and product performanceBuild strong relationships with distributor sales reps and participate in regular ridealongsWork closely with distributor teams to drive accountability and results in the marketSupport and help coordinate sampling events and in-market activationsMaintain accurate notes, account updates, and activity tracking in CRM systemsAnalyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance across your territoryShare insights from the field with leadership and marketingWhat We’re Looking ForOur ideal candidate is someone who:Enjoys being in the field and interacting with customers and partnersIs a strong relationship builder and communicatorTakes ownership of their work and follows through consistentlyIs comfortable working independently while staying accountable to goalsIs organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesIs motivated by performance-based incentives and measurable outcomesExperience in alcoholic beverage sales and/or distribution is strongly preferred.Role ExpectationsApproximately 75% of time spent in the field (account visits, ridealongs, events)Overnight travel mostly within NC and SC (~20–25%)Occasional nights and weekends (events, account support)Asheville-based preferred, however, we are open to remote candidates in metro areas in North or South CarolinaCompensationCompensation: $45,000–$55,000 base salary + monthly commissionBase salary dependent on experienceAdditional commission and performance-based incentives tied to sales growth and account developmentHow To ApplyQualified candidates should fill out the online job application below.You must fill out the application in full to be considered for the position.
