In this role, you'll support projects by managing day-to-day purchasing activity, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies critical to field operations.Key Responsibilities:Review field requisitions and collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirementsRelease materials from blanket purchase orders and track inventory against ordersRequest and analyze vendor quotes to support pricing and procurement strategyDraft and issue purchase orders, RFQs, and RFPsSupport the creation of submittals in coordination with field and engineering teamsTrack deliveries, manage backorders, and follow up with vendors to ensure jobsite needs are metProcess returns and manage change orders in line with updated material requirementsReconcile invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and vendorsSupport broader procurement team goals and take on special projects as neededQualifications:2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience, ideally in the electrical or construction spaceComfortable navigating ERP and procurement systems (Oracle a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and shifting prioritiesStrong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindsetThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their procurement expertise within a dynamic and growing organization.
