This role is primarily focused on assessments, screeners, observations, IEP development, and case management, with a full-time SLPA on site providing direct therapy services.The SLP will support service delivery through evaluation, documentation, compliance, and supervision/training of the on-site SLPA, while collaborating closely with the Special Education team.This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys evaluations, school-based documentation, and mentoring, with limited daily therapy responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site speech-language assessments, screeners, and observationsProvide evidence-based speech-language services aligned with student IEP goalsManage a caseload, including case management and service documentationWrite, attend, and facilitate legally compliant and defensible IEPsComplete progress reports and assessment documentationProvide supervision, guidance, and training to the on-site SLPACollaborate with Special Education and General Education staffAttend trainings and meetings as requestedPerform other related duties as assigned QualificationsActive California SLP license (required)Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersAbility to work fully on site in Oakland or RichmondExperience conducting school-based assessments and screenersStrong experience with case management, IEP writing, and progress reportsExperience supervising SLPAsSEIS proficiency requiredKnowledge of California Special Education law and compliance requirementsStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsProfessional, reliable, and solution-oriented approach Compensation & Benefits$60–$75 per hour, commensurate with experienceTravel stipend and/or mileage reimbursement for required site travel Benefits - Full-time staff receives:Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, and Life Insurance.Retirement MatchingPaid Sick leave.Enrollment in CSG's Employee Discount Perks Program that provides discounts on nationally recognized brand-name products or services including Travel, Childcare, Education, Auto, Home, Tax Prep, and more.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Reimbursement for Continuing Education Units.
