Equipment Repair Technician Description:
Texas Maintenance Development (TMD) is a 24-hour commercial and industrial maintenance company. We are looking for all knowledgeable and skilled Licensed Technician to undertake various repair and maintenance tasks. The Equipment Repair Technician is responsible for maintaining proper machine movement such as installations, exchanges of old or damaged machines, pulling machines when accounts are closed, etc. Your role will be essential to ensure that all beverage machines are in good condition by addressing any repair and maintenance issues that may arise. You will be responsible for completing all tasks in a professional and timely manner while adhering to safety procedures.
Equipment Repair Technician Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of beverage equipment to identify any issues that may require repair or maintenance.
Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing mechanisms, fixing temperature issues, repairing functional issues, and addressing problems within your licensed skilled trades set.
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, or diagnose service problems and repairs as needed. Complete scheduled maintenance as assigned and ensure prompt delivery of excellent service.
Discuss with store personnel maintenance completed and inform them of additional related services that may be required soon or immediately.
Ensure proper training of equipment use is discussed with any store personnel that are not familiar with machine operations.
Complete a daily recap using specialized online software.
Follow safety procedures and always maintain a safe efficient work environment.
Manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment and ensure that all stocks are replenished as needed.
Use the TMD document system, Cost, to maintain accurate daily records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out.
Requirements- Skills/Knowledge:
Proven experience as a Beverage Technician or in a similar role
Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and other staff professionally
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to set timelines and standards
Ability to work flexibly and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the clients we service
Physical dexterity and ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting

Schedule - 24 hour, 365 days:
· Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (typically)
· Monday – Friday 5pm – 11p (occasionally)
· Monday – Friday 11pm – 8am (rarely)
· Saturday at any time (occasionally)
· Sunday at any time (rarely)
License/Certification:
· EPA Certification (Preferred)
· Driver's License (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
