Reporting into a senior leadership role within the cloud support function, this individual will work directly with internal users and stakeholders to resolve issues related to enterprise systems and data. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality and streamline operational processes. This position requires regular engagement with third-party vendors on implementations, enhancements, and complex troubleshooting initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Apply process and workflow methodologies to enhance support outcomesDemonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of organizational systemsCollaborate effectively within both immediate and cross-functional teamsManage assigned tasks and engagements with minimal supervisionBuild credibility quickly through professional presence and subject-matter expertiseOperate effectively in an office-based settingNavigate high-demand environments with fast turnaroundsProvide occasional support across global time zonesQUALIFICATIONS:Post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or a related fieldProven experience supporting enterprise-grade cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)Strong SQL skills used in root cause analysis and issue resolutionExperience working with databases and scripting for support-related automationCertifications in one or more cloud technologiesFamiliarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java)Exposure to automation tools or scripting repeatable support tasks
