Cyber Security Project ManagerEmployer: RandstadLocation: Washington, DCManaging Airo Fleet technology project within the Cybersecurity DepartmentAdherence to PLM, scrum framework values, and agile practicesFacilitating meetings, aiding in decision-making processes, and removing team obstaclesImplementing industry-standard agile practices and managing a highly visible, complex project efficientlyLeading and directing technical leads, project team members, and consultants/contractorsDeveloping and maintaining essential project documentsProducing weekly program status reportsConducting project status meetings and other necessary meetingsManaging the project master schedule using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional 2010Reporting schedule and budget variancesCreating and maintaining SharePoint project sites within the EPM systemReporting on risks and managing ongoing risk management plans, risk assessments, and mitigationsEnsuring completion of all activities required to successfully meet operational readiness reviewsCreating Statements of Work (SOW) for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and evaluating vendor responsesCollaborating with SAFe teams to deliver capabilities and maintain PLM artifactsDelivering projects on schedule and within budgetPresenting projects at Quality Checkpoints and Department Level Project ReviewsRequired qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field, 7-10 years of hands-on program and project management experience, 10 years of experience in technology management, analysis, and administration, PMP, CSM, SAFe 5.5/6 Certifications, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with MS Project Office Professional and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project Server (EPM) and Ariba on DemandPreferred qualifications: At least 5 years of experience managing Information Security-related projects, at least 5 years of experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Server (EPM), additional Certifications: Security+, SSCP, and/or CISSP.
