Industrial Maintenance MechanicWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume beverage manufacturing operation. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient plant performance.Pay & Incentives:$32 to $45 per hour.$1,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days)$500 retention bonuses at 6 months and 1 yearAnnual merit increasesKey Responsibilities:Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical (120V480V), and pneumatic systemsPerform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issuesSupport installation, testing, and optimization of production equipmentFollow safety procedures including LOTO and confined space protocolsEnsure compliance with quality, food safety, and SQF standardsDocument work orders, inspections, and maintenance activityQualifications:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (beverage/food manufacturing preferred)Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skillsExperience in high-speed manufacturing environmentsSteamer certification (or ability to obtain)Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsBenefits:Medical, dental, vision insurance401(k), PTO, and paid holidaysTuition reimbursement and career growth opportunities
