This is a part-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate. The position requires weekend availability (both Saturdays and Sundays) and two additional weekday evening shifts. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, managing sales transactions, maintaining an organized and inviting retail space, achieving sales goals, and staying informed about the products offered. The role also involves fostering a positive and inclusive shopping experience for all customers. ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product selection and inquiriesProcess sales transactions accurately using POS systemsManage inventory and replenish stock as neededExecute merchandising strategies to enhance product presentationHandle cash responsibly and maintain register accuracyMaintain store cleanliness and organizationDevelop and maintain strong product knowledge for effective customer supportCollaborate with team members to meet store goalsMust strictly follow Department of Cannabis Control rules and regulations.QualificationsMUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLYRetail experience preferred, with an added interest in Cannabis products being a plusExperience in retail sales and/or customer service and teamworkExcellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanorProven abilities in customer service and building positive relationships with clientsCompetence in executing sales strategies and achieving retail goalsAbility to work effectively during weekendsAbility to stay on task and compose professional emailsOrganizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and welcoming storeMust be punctual, dependable, and lead with honesty and integrity
