Ljsenior Care Services values respect, integrity, and person-centered service in every interaction.Role Description The Home Health Aide at Ljsenior Care Services will provide direct, hands-on support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence. This full-time, on-site role is based in Willingboro, NJ and includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. The Home Health Aide will support personal care routines, monitor and report changes in clients’ condition, and offer companionship and conversation throughout the day. Responsibilities may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with reminders for medications as directed by care plans. The role also involves clear communication with supervisors, families, and other care team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in home care, including working in clients’ homes and following individualized care plans.Skills in providing safe and respectful assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.Strong patient care and personal care abilities, including monitoring comfort, safety, and basic health observations.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and care team members, including accurate reporting and documentation.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of a recognized Home Health Aide or caregiver training program is a plus.Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely, and to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Reliable transportation to client homes in and around Willingboro, NJ, and willingness to work a consistent full-time schedule.Background check clearance and compliance with all applicable state and agency requirements.
