This is your opportunity to lead major initiatives, influence best practices, and drive transformative solutions for communities.What You'll Do:Lead manufacturing and advanced‐technology facility projects, develop innovative engineering designs, process solutions, facility layouts, technical reports, and contract documents while guiding cross‐disciplinary engineering teamsProvide expert consultation and resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards, operational reliability, and client performance expectationsPlan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases across architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process engineering disciplinesMentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid‐level engineering staffConduct engineering studies, system evaluations, feasibility analyses, and prepare technical reports for clients and internal leadershipPrepare proposals, presentations, and technical narratives for clients, industry partners, and stakeholdersWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or other related engineering field required; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredExperience with engineered equipment and process solutions, practical in-plant/hands-on field engineering and management, and FEL project life cycle through construction for process piping projects are desiredExpert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areasAdvanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeProven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredDeep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead transformative projects that enable next‐generation manufacturing and technological advancement across semiconductor fabrication, biotech and pharmaceutical facilities, research labs, food & beverage processing, and moreShape environments where precision, safety, and innovation intersect-directly influencing production capabilities and technological progressMentor and inspire talented teams dedicated to designing high‐performance facilitiesCollaborate with industry experts and company leaders within a flexible and forward‐thinking work environmentCurious about the impactful work our Manufacturing & Advanced Technology Facilities team is doing?
