Site Acquisition Manager

Site Acquisition Manager II Irvine, CA We are seeking a Site Acquisition Manager II (SA2) to support wireless network deployment projects in the Irvine market. This role will manage site acquisition activities from RF/design coordination through Notice to Proceed (NTP) handoff while ensuring schedules, permitting, landlord approvals, and project milestones stay on track.The ideal candidate will have wireless telecom site acquisition experience and strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, leasing, and entitlement processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle site acquisition activities for wireless telecom projectsCoordinate with Service Providers, RF teams, A&E firms, landlords, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycleReview Site Files, RFDS packages, scopes of work, lease documents, and entitlement packagesCoordinate zoning, permitting, building permit (BP), and environmental permit (EP) submissions and approvalsPrepare and track landlord notification and consent packages through approvalDrive all activities required to obtain NTP and coordinate handoff to construction/services delivery teamsSupport civil work and installation teams with site access, landlord coordination, and design modification approvalsMonitor Service Provider performance to ensure milestones, quality standards, and contractual requirements are metResolve site acquisition issues, escalations, and schedule risks impacting deployment timelinesTrack project progress against schedules, budgets, and risk baselinesMaintain accurate documentation and records within Site Handler and other company systemsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reportsAttend customer, vendor, and internal project meetingsEnsure compliance with company processes, procedures, and customer expectations Required Experience & Qualifications4+ years of wireless telecom site acquisition experienceExperience supporting large-scale wireless deployments with exposure to 200+ site builds preferredStrong understanding of leasing, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and NTP processesExperience working with landlords, municipalities, utility companies, and regulatory agenciesAbility to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneouslyExperience using Site Handler or similar telecom project tracking systems preferredPreferred Backgrounds/CertificationsRegistered PEReal Estate LicenseLaw Degree or Certified Legal Practitioner backgroundReporting StructureReports to the SA3 Lead or IM Lead Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
