The ISR serves as a critical link between government customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring rapid response to customer requirements while driving revenue growth and mission success.This position is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing quotations, managing order execution, and supporting business development efforts across the Indo-Pacific region. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting U.S. military and government customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales SupportServe as a primary point of contact for government and military customers throughout the sales cycle.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify emerging requirements and business opportunities.Respond to RFQs, customer inquiries, and procurement requests in a timely manner.Conduct customer outreach to generate leads, identify requirements, and expand account penetration.Support outside sales representatives and business development personnel with account management activities.Opportunity ManagementIdentify, qualify, and track sales opportunities throughout the pipeline.Develop competitive quotations and proposals in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate opportunity records and customer engagement activities within CRM systems.Monitor contract vehicles and procurement portals for new business opportunities.Account ManagementManage assigned customer accounts to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.Resolve customer concerns, delivery issues, and order discrepancies quickly and professionally..Business GrowthAssist in achieving regional revenue targets and organizational growth objectives.Participate in customer visits, industry events, and military conferences as required.Operational ExcellenceMaintain compliance with company policies, government contracting requirements, and ethical business practices.Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data management.Continuously develop product knowledge, market awareness, and understanding of customer missions.QualificationsRequired1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or business development.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools.Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.PreferredExperience supporting U.S. military, government, or defense-related customers.Familiarity with federal procurement processes, government contracts, or military logistics operations.Knowledge of DLA, GSA, FMS, or Department of Defense acquisition environments.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
