Job Title: Reconciliations SpecialistLocation: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility)Pay Range: $25/hr – $30/hrOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliations Specialist to support financial revenue operations across multiple offices. This role is responsible for reconciling revenue activity with insurance and patient payments, ensuring accuracy between recorded transactions and bank deposits.Key Responsibilities:Review and reconcile daily revenue activity from internal software across multiple officesMatch insurance and patient payments to bank depositsInvestigate discrepancies and reach out to insurance providers and office staff for verificationMaintain accurate records of reconciliations and communicationsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve reconciliation processesQualifications:Background in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of reconciliationsProficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; experience with macros is a plusStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilities
