Physical Therapist - Parker At The PavilionThe Physical Therapist will provide direct physical therapy services to those we serve with the goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice. We provide high quality, one-on-one individualized therapy sessions with the highest clinical outcomes for our participants. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own home by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs.
