Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job Responsibilities:JOB REQUIREMENTS:Provide error free analyses of accounts to the Controller and Assistant ControllerMaintain cost accounting system; open jobs, maintain purchase orders, track/analyze cost, close jobs, and invoice customersAnalyze job cost actual vs quote/purchase ordersSupport internal management with job costing reports and month end close as requiredMaintain work in process and fixed assets inventory, accruals and reconciliationsAssist month end close process including financial analysisAssist in completion of reconciliations for month/quarter/year endPost Time and MaterialMaintain Accounts Receivable using our finance system.Support intercompany accounting activitiesMonth, Quarter, and Year end finance support.Monthly reporting for intercompany charge backsPreparing reports and analysis for current/historical data during BPDepartmental cost analysis supportPossible payroll back up??Assist and support Controller to ensure financial reporting requirements are delivered accurately, timely, and meet all Magna StandardsProvide support throughout the business plan processComply with Cosma Die Technology's policies, procedures, and practices.Other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:* This job has no supervisory responsibilities.HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Required to follow health, safety and environmental regulations specified in the Employee Handbook as well as any rules or standards otherwise specified by OSHA or MIOSHA or any other government regulations.Expected to exercise caution in all work activities and report any unsafe conditions, injuries, or near misses to the appropriate supervisor.Responsible for ensuring that subordinates are properly trained to perform all of their work duties.
