Statistical Programming Analyst I

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Statistical Programming Analyst I to support analytics and reporting initiatives.This role focuses on building reports, analyzing data trends, and supporting data-driven decision making. The analyst will work with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting while ensuring data quality and integrity.What You'll Do• Develop and maintain reports using Excel and SQL to support operational and customer reporting needs.• Extract and analyze data from relational databases to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement .• Create charts, visualizations, and supporting materials that clearly communicate analytical findings.• Produce standard and ad hoc reports based on internal initiatives and customer requests.• Evaluate data integrity and recommend corrective or preventative actions when needed.• Assist with database design input and perform quality checks on relational database changes.• Develop documentation outlining reporting procedures and data processes.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reporting meets business and customer requirements.What You'll Need• Experience working with Excel and SQL for reporting and data analysis.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.• Knowledge of statistical or mathematical concepts.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field .
