Located in a professional setting, it offers both in-person and remote telehealth therapy options to accommodate clients' busy lives.Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Therapist based in Wyncote, PA. The therapist will provide counseling services to individuals and/ or couples of diverse backgrounds, create clinically sound progress notes and treatment plans, maintain accurate, timely and confidential records, and collaborate with a clients to deliver personalized care. The therapist will also guide clients in achieving emotional, psychological, and relational well-being.QualificationsLicensed therapist credentials (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) with an up-to-date license to practice in Pennsylvania.Strong clinical skills in providing individual, couples, or family therapy, including case assessment and treatment planning.Experience in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based techniques.Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology for conducting remote counseling sessions.Commitment to inclusivity and cultural competence in working with diverse clients.Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.Prior experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is required.
