Technical Assistant

Title: Technical AssistantLocation: New Haven, CT - RemoteDuration: 6+ months CTH*CTH, Visa independent profiles required*Overview: The Technical Assistant staffs the Field Technology Resource Center, responds to emails and phone calls and provides technical assistance to insurance field force utilizing the client endorsed software, programs and procedures.Required Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics CRM in the financial services or insurance industry is required.Knowledge of life insurance, annuity, long term care and disability income products.Knowledge of Electronic-Application is a plus.Knowledge of Sapiens IllustrationPro software is a plus.Knowledge of SmartOffice CRM is a plus.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to critically think and solve problems within a group or remote setting.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; in particular, excellent telephone skills.Strong knowledge and experience with PC software including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications and Windows experienceEducation & Required Skills:BA or BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration preferred2-3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of training and experienceFrench and/or Spanish fluency is a plusThe wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location.At the it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range isPhysical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
