Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.We are seeking a Workday System Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business processes, and securityTroubleshoot, develop, and maintain integrations within the Workday integration platformBuild and debug custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transformations, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio componentsCollaborate with integration teams within a highly integrated system environmentConduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system functionality and qualityMaintain system integrity, including documentation, application updates, system upgrades, and user changesPartner with cross-functional teams, including onsite, offshore, and leadership, to deliver high-quality solutionsFollow established change management processes and assess impacts to the broader application landscapeGather business requirements and translate them into functional design specificationsSupport full lifecycle Workday implementations and ongoing system enhancementsSkills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience6+ years of experience working with the Workday platform in a Business Systems Analyst or development capacityStrong experience with Workday implementations and integration platforms, including ERP and third-party system integrationsHands-on experience configuring Workday features such as user roles, permissions, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, validations, and business processesExperience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutionsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced environmentsAbility to assess cross-functional and downstream system impacts with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support non-technical usersPreferred QualificationsWorkday Pro Certifications in Integrations and HCMWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
