It's Boba Time - Norwalk is looking for experienced staff with a commitment to career growth. We will give competitive pay based on your skill set but must be available anytime. FULL TIME / PART TIME Morning/Mid-day/Evening shift. Must be fully available for any day and any shift throughout the week, including weekends. Provide friendly customer service at the cash register and prepare orders received from walk-in customers or online orders. Cook teas, toppings, and Boba to prepare for current and next day’s use. Clean and organize the store at the end of the day if applicable. Collaborate with a group of coworkers in maintaining a productive, fun, and safe work environment. Requirements: At least 3-6 months of experience in the boba industry is preferred. Availability and flexibility to work various shifts. Great customer service and work attitude. Excellent communication skills. Food handlers certificate. Great team management skills. Basic math and computer skills.
