Our Outside Sales team is responsible for creating new business while simultaneously growing the present accounts of Luxor Staffing.Responsibilities:Focus sales efforts by studying our existing and potential customersFind leads, engage in responses and develop relationships with customers after cold outreachService our current accounts and obtain ordersPlan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential salesMaintain strong and meaningful relationships with each and every account you manager to ensure they are receiving the service they deserveResolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to managementConduct cold outreach to expand potential our new businessOther duties as assignedQualifications:No sales experience required, we will train the right candidateSelf-motivated, self-starterExcellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills along with a mindset for collaborationMust have excellent attention to detailExceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skillsValid driver's license and reliable vehicle on a daily basisCompany Description Luxor Staffing offers a corporate staffing experience, yet we provide the hands-on service normally expected only from a small, locally-owned firm.
