The iridescence of the sequins, modern meets vintage denim, and sophisticated silk silhouettes—each detail elevates a feeling of nostalgia with a fashion forward take on confident and sexy styles.Retrofete is hiring an eCommerce intern who will work cross-functionally between the customer service and e-commerce departments while also learning real-world styling practices for the Summer 2026 Semester.Styling support:Work one-on-one with our stylist to create custom looks for VIP customers and assist them in order set up.Assist with keeping up with communication via email and text for all VIP/Potential VIP ClientsHave an eagerness and willingness to over exceed customer expectations when delivering informationAssist customers with sizing and fit needs. This includes understanding conversions with international sizing. As well as knowledge of preferred fit per body typeReport back to management about critical or consistent feedback related to product fit/designAct strongly with sales offering an incredible experience to our customersEcomm:Contribute to the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize product placement and visibility.Customer service:Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.Assist in resolving customer issues and feedback, ensuring a positive shopping experience.QUALIFICATIONSMust have clear understanding of the Retrofete brand and aestheticMust have a passion for the Fashion Industry and knowledge of current trendsProven ability to build client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills*PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP WE PROVIDE A DAILY STIPEND*
