This will be an 8-month contract role and a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan.Martech Enablement ManagerRole OverviewThe role bridges platform capabilities and brand team needs as both strategic enablement partner for lifecycle marketing and tactical manager of clienteling operations. This role will maintain program continuity while driving platform adoption during our Cordial migration and building brand partnership maturity.Core Responsibilities• Strategic Enablement & Partnershipo Lead lifecycle marketing enablement across brands (NA, EU, Japan, ANZ): attend brand planning sessions, surface relevant Cordial capabilities tied to business priorities, and serve as first point of contact for Cordial enablement questionso Serve as primary contact for Cordial audience builds: leverage CDP and SQL expertise to work with data attributes, coordinate with cross-functional partners to enable new use cases, and pressure-test new automation capabilities• Operational Continuity & Adoptiono Drive clienteling continuity through day-to-day operations: create and distribute monthly scorecards, share insights on tests and programs in flight, conduct cross-brand meetings, and identify automation opportunities to optimize efficiencyo Monitor Cordial adoption and utilization tracking across brands and regions: flag underutilization, escalate roadblocks, and drive enablement to close capability gapso Coordinate Cordial trainings, onboarding, and enablement sessions with Cordial CSM and brand regional teams• Martech Operationso Manage clienteling customer tags and follow-ups migration from Amperity to C360: attend daily standups to review logic and code, troubleshoot platform errors, and coordinate cross-functional fixeso Partner with Platform & Data martech leads to define business requirements, acceptance criteria, and ensure JIRA intake alignment across the teamo Maintain martech project tracker for prioritization and migration updates; coordinate cross-functional meetings as needed• Vendor & Platform Relationshipso Manage vendor relationships (Cordial and Tulip): coordinate product release cycles, feature/pilot adoption and expansion, and escalate feedback to leadershipo Share learnings and facilitate cross-regional best practices across brands and regionsRequirements• 3+ years of martech enablement experience supporting CRM and personalization programs (Cordial experience required)• Hands-on product management experience managing clienteling platforms (strongly preferred)• Proven expertise in audience builds, CDP platforms, and SQL – able to translate technical data attributes into business use cases• Experience managing platform migrations and cross-functional technical projects is a plus• Excellent communication skills across technical, regional and leadership teams
