In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of roles, including software, hardware and design. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goalsManage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing → offer → close)Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networkingScreen candidates for technical and cultural fitCoordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teamsMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsDeliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboardingTrack and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarksBasic QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree4+ years of technical recruiting experienceExperience with in-house recruitingExperience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers or Software engineerStrong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting rolesFull life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closingComfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting dataAbility to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fieldsAbility to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidatesComfortable working in a fast pace ever changing environment, with little to no guidance
