Forklift Operator $23/hr - 25.50/hr!Job DescriptionAs a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in verifying the part mark stamp and quantity of parts to ensure they align with the receipt and shipping paperwork. You will electronically process transactions using WMS and stage items on designated carts or racks. Packaging parts following Material Handling Guidelines, kitting requirements, and kit boxes is also a key aspect of this role. Adhering to 5S methodology within your personal work area and other areas of responsibility, along with following all safety guidance and principles, is essential.ResponsibilitiesVerify part mark stamp and quantity of parts with receipt/shipping paperwork.Electronically process transactions in WMS and stage items appropriately.Package parts according to Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements.Adhere to 5S methodology in personal work area and area of responsibility.Follow all safety guidance and principles.Essential SkillsForklift and reach truck operation.Good interpersonal skills.High school diploma or equivalent.0-2 years of experience, warehouse experience preferred.Assertive communication skills.Problem-solving abilities regarding order status.Additional Skills & QualificationsUse of RF (bar-code scan) devices preferred.Leadership experience is a plus.Ability to multitask under time constraints and in fast-paced situations.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that values safety and efficiency. Typical shifts include Sunday to Tuesday and Wednesday to Saturday from 6 AM to 6 PM. You will engage in shipping, receiving, picking, inventory management, and operating pallet jacks in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
