Senior CRM Marketing Manager | Lifecycle, Retention & PersonalizationWe're partnering with a leading consumer technology organization seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to drive highly personalized customer experiences across email, push notification, and SMS/RCS channels. This role sits at the center of customer lifecycle marketing, owning retention-focused programs that engage both new and existing customers through data-driven, omnichannel experiences. The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling, analytical rigor, operational excellence, and a passion for leveraging AI to transform how marketing campaigns are built, optimized, and scaled.Key ResponsibilitiesManage retention-focused email and mobile marketing programs, including ad hoc campaigns, customer journeys, and automated lifecycle communications designed to drive customer progression, engagement, and retention.Develop best-in-class email, push notification, and SMS/RCS campaigns that deliver compelling customer experiences while maintaining brand integrity and consistency.Partner closely with CRM data teams to understand customer attributes, data sources, audience segmentation strategies, and personalization opportunities that improve campaign performance.Translate complex business and campaign requirements into clear execution plans for deployment and operations partners, ensuring flawless implementation and quality control.Manage campaign calendars, execution processes, and operational workflows to support timely delivery across multiple workstreams.Drive channel growth through a rigorous test-and-learn approach, developing hypotheses, executing experiments, gathering customer feedback, and translating results into actionable business recommendations.Collaborate with data activation teams to advance omnichannel journey orchestration capabilities and expand lifecycle marketing effectiveness.Partner with Analytics teams to evaluate campaign, channel, and customer-level performance, uncover opportunities and risks, and recommend optimization strategies.Present campaign performance, insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities to CRM leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and business partners through clear, concise communication.What We're Looking For7+ years of hands-on expertise in CRM, lifecycle, retention, email, and mobile marketing.Proven success developing and optimizing personalized customer experiences through segmentation, journey orchestration, and data-driven marketing strategies.Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies to automate workflows, summarize customer insights, streamline campaign execution, and improve operational efficiency.Exceptional creative brief writing skills with the ability to translate business objectives into customer-centric campaigns featuring strong storytelling and compelling calls to action.Deep understanding of customer data, audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and lifecycle marketing best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign, channel, and customer-level metrics and convert insights into measurable business actions.Experience partnering with Strategy and Analytics teams to develop, implement, and measure sophisticated testing and experimentation frameworks.Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality under tight deadlines.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with experience overseeing end-to-end campaign deployment processes.Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders while balancing competing business priorities.Experience collaborating with CRM operations, deployment teams, data teams, analytics teams, creative teams, and third-party agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing programs.A decisive test-and-learn mindset that challenges assumptions, embraces experimentation, asks bold questions, and moves quickly from insights to action.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex business challenges, and driving results with minimal oversight.Why This Opportunity?This role offers the chance to influence millions of customer interactions through highly personalized lifecycle marketing programs while helping shape the future of AI-enabled CRM.
