Service AdvisorWe're hiring a Service Advisor to join our team at Sunset Ford. Do you want to be rewarded for your hard work, experience, and expertise? At Sunset Auto Group, our Service Department is growing, and we have the need for strong Service Advisors which means opportunity for financial rewards for you. Previous related experience is required for this position.Job Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them with any service and dealership inquiries.Consult with customers on applicable service specials and present service menus relating to automotive service needs and benefitsDocument services declined and provide follow-up on future service considerationsKeep customer informed daily on completion times, service expenses, and possible changesCreate and present repair estimates, dictating immediately needed services and future needed servicesDetermines Ford Warranty repairs, submitting required documents correctly and ensuring all warranty claims are paid in fullRemain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressedCollects payment, submits to fleet companies, and extended warranty companies for coverageProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experienceBuild strong relationships with the customers and communicate well with all staff and customersQualifications:Service Advisor / Automotive Experience RequiredValid Driver's license and clean driving recordAble to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and oral communication skillsExcellent computer and typing skillsOrganized, On Time, Reliable, Trainable, and Follows ProcessEnjoys talking to people and meeting new peopleGreat customer handling skills, ability to cashier, good phone etiquetteTechnology / Bluetooth phone savvyJob Benefits:We provide a positive, professional work environment and training on the job.
