Our team of experienced attorneys is committed to providing exceptional legal representation and achieving justice for those who have suffered due to others’ negligence.Position Overview:Our firm is seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Referral Liaison to serve as the firm's referral network by coordinating outbound and inbound case referrals, maintaining professional relationships with referral partners, and ensuring accurate, timely communication regarding case status. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the firm and referring or associated law firms, ensuring that referred matters are handled efficiently, tracked appropriately, and supported through consistent follow-up. Job Duties:· Coordinate the referral of cases to external law firms in accordance with firm policies and fee agreements.· Ensure accurate and complete transmission of case documentation at the time of referral.· Monitor referred cases and conduct regular follow-up with referral partners to obtain status updates.· Maintain awareness of applicable statutory deadlines and case time frames to ensure urgency and compliance.· Resolve intake discrepancies, documentation gaps, or point-of-contact issues related to referred matters.· Track referral sources, lead origins, and case movement within the firm's case management system (e.g., NEOS).· Collaborate with internal teams (Intake, Pre-Litigation, Litigation, Accounting) to gather and relay accurate case information.· Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly referral reports, including:-Volume of referrals sent and received-Conversion and acceptance rates-Revenue tracking (if applicable)-Partner responsiveness and activity metrics· Support the Intake Manager with referral outreach initiatives, data organization, and special projects.
