Telephone call for nursing home questions is still in effect.Multi-specialty group that consists of 4.85 FP, 2.1 FNP, .8 Women s Health NP and numerous visiting specialties on site weeklyAdmit to Health System, a 24-bed CAH facility that is attached to the clinic.
