Summary
The Clinical Manager, RN (SC) role is responsible for articulating a compelling departmental vision while maintaining full authority and accountability for nursing practice, personnel management, staff development, and physician relations. Beyond clinical oversight, the Manager oversees department finances and strategic resource allocation, ensuring that all operations align with quality care standards and physician satisfaction goals. While primarily focused on management and sound clinical decision-making, the individual maintains the clinical proficiency to support the team on the floor as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and unit pride within high-volume specialty clinic environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing. Grandfather in Associate's degree.
2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
Experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral health preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

PALS
Other certifications as necessary
