Whether you're looking to deepen your technical expertise or broaden your planning experience, you'll have the opportunity to work across new model builds, enhancements, integrations, and emerging use cases.What You'll DoModel DevelopmentDesign, build, and deploy Anaplan models from the ground up.Enhance and optimize existing models to support evolving business needs.Troubleshoot and resolve model issues while improving performance and scalability.Apply Anaplan best practices across model design and development.Business PartnershipWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.Support planning initiatives across Sales Performance Management and other enterprise planning use cases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions.Integrations & Continuous ImprovementSupport integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and data platforms.Assist with data imports, exports, and automation initiatives.Continuously identify opportunities to improve planning processes and model performance.Desired Candidate ProfileRequired2–5 years of hands-on Anaplan experience.Experience building at least one Anaplan model from start to finish.Experience enhancing and maintaining existing Anaplan models.Anaplan Level 2 certification (Level 3 preferred).Strong model-building and problem-solving skills.PreferredSales Performance Management (SPM) or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) experience.FP&A implementation experience.Experience with Anaplan integrations.Exposure to Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join?Join a well-established enterprise Anaplan environment.Opportunity to expand into use cases while working alongside experienced Anaplanners.Exposure to enterprise integrations and complex planning initiatives.Strong learning and development opportunities with the chance to broaden your Anaplan expertise.Work for a global organization committed to investing in enterprise planning capabilities.
